Attention to Students Who Want to Receive Thesis-Project Similarity Report:

Before Defense:

Our students studying in graduate programs with or without thesis who want to receive a thesis-project similarity report should send their theses in WORD file format to the e-mail address "[email protected]".

In addition, before the defense, they must fill in the relevant parts of the Thesis Study Similarity First Petition (LEE FR-0084) form, scan it with wet signature and send it at least one week before the possible defense exam date. The same process will be repeated for students whose thesis has been corrected and who will defend it again after the correction.

After Defense:

Candidates who are successful in the defense must send their theses again in WORD file format to the e-mail address [email protected]  in order to submit their thesis after the defense (provided that the process is completed within one month at the latest). In addition, students must fill in the relevant sections of the Thesis Study Similarity Final Petition (LEE FR-0095) form, scan it with a wet signature and send it.

The Thesis Similarity Report and Petition will be processed by the Deputy Director of the Institute in the order of application, the similarity rate will be indicated and approved, and a return will be sent to the student's e-mail address. During this process, students must correspond through their personal e-mail accounts. Considering the institute's workload, it is recommended that the process be started at least one week before the defense.

Our institute is not responsible for any grievances that may arise from delays in the process.
